To resolve the issue you should uninstall package xserver-xorg-input-evdev:
apt-get remove --purge xserver-xorg-input-evdev
and then reload Xserver.

  4. Ramon then repeats the process on next blog.

This is could be the future of blogging in Spain if the SGAE wins its demand against alasbarricadas.org.
