Version 1:7.3+2 of xserver-xorg package in debian sid broke internationalized keyboard support. To resolve the issue you should uninstall package xserver-xorg-input-evdev:
apt-get remove --purge xserver-xorg-input-evdev
and then reload Xserver.

Imagine this scenario:

1. Ramon, using a nickname, writes some hars words about himself on your blog.
2. Ramon sues you because his honor has been damaged.
3. Some Judge who does’t understands a word about Internet orders you to pay him 6000€ altough you erased the comments ASAP.
4. Ramon then repeats the process on next blog.

This is could be the future of blogging in Spain if the SGAE wins its demand against alasbarricadas.org.
